This is my most recent project. I wanted to give myself a challenge to create one real photograph per day – at least for the month of April 2024. Thereafter we will see…
It does not need to be cutting-edge photography every day. In fact, that is part of the purpose, to look for good images in the mundane things of everyday life.
The guard rails of the project are simple. It has to be photographs taken with a ‘real’ camera. No phone shots. And it has to be taken on the actual day – any time of the day – so no cutting corners with archive photos.
When you see interesting and beautiful photographs, it means that either I got really lucky or I had time that day to look around a bit. When you see really mundane photos of something from everyday life, chances are it has been a busy day, where whatever I pass by will have to do as a subject.
